    My Prime won't start up - screen is blank

    I have had my new Prime Tablet for about 1 month. It was working - but now it won't start up. It is fully charged - and it doesn't matter if i try with it plugged in or not. I see the tiny green light on the little button next to the on switch - but nothing shows up on the screen. it stays...
