    Help I might be stupid but...

    I just got my first smartphone and figgered just plugging the USB into my desktop would allow me to transfer music, pix, whatever. But neither my mac or PC will talk to it. The PC shows it under devices but with a warning(!) and troubleshooting says there's no driver for 'CDC', it auto-searched...
