    Help Video keeps stopping during playback

    Hi When I'm playing MP4 files on my phone the video keeps stopping, the screen goes black. I have to tap the screen to get the controls up and then push play. It lasts 2-3 minutes then does it again constantly. Any ideas as to why and how I can fix it please?
