    Apps problem executing android program

    hii...i hav downloaded android SDK tools 19,eclipse3.7.2,ADT plugin,jdk1.6,android 4.0.3 . When i try to run hello world program provided by official android site it gives error as "cannot allocate memory".I tried executing program in both windows7 and ubuntu10.10 installing all the softwares...
