    [App help] How do I get emoji on my HTC One

    I downloaded the emoji keyboard app from Play store but when i installed it and went into the settings to turn it on the emoji keyboard setting was greyed out. it doesnt seem to be working how do i add it? also i installed google keyboard but that doesnt work either!
