    Root Download Issue's, advice needed

    Thanks for looking at my thread. I could use some help troubleshooting some download issue's I have. I am running the latest CTMod ROM and Hyper 2.0. I've also tried using other ROMS with the same results. When I run the speed test (testmy.net) my download speed usually will not even finish...
