    Help No media volume!

    I have no media volume at all. I have tried to turn it up multiple ways. In settings/volumes, media volume is greyed out and wont allow adjustment. I hold down power, media volume showes muted. I click unmute but as soon as i leave options it returns to muted. I have even tried 3rd party volume...
