    Help decrease standing SPAM usaged

    So I've had my phone for about two weeks and have been having problems with problems with it lagging and being slow and restarting, etc. Well i was checking out my phone stats and trying figure out what wrong and i found that my ram is running at 76% capacity when there are no programs running...
