    Help No Visual voice Mail

    So as of two days ago my visual voice mail icon is no longer there, replaced by the words "Problem Loading". I also can find no trace of the app on my phone so I can re-load the icon etc. I tried leaving myself a voicemail message to see if VVM would pop up etc but nothing, no notification...
