    Root I don't own a computer...

    I've done pretty well keeping my nexus 4 from T-Mobile up to date. I have it running AOKP milestone 2 with Franco kernal. Have it tweaked just how I like it. Would like to update to 4.3 and flash the LTE radio... But I don't own a computer. Obviously my phone is rooted and the boot loader...
