    Regular Google Voice and Straight Talk question

    So I will activate Straight Talk today. My question is if I post my number to GV, I can add my forwarding number to it. No problem. But... For outgoing calls, 1. if I use phone, then my new number (ST number) will be displayed. 2. If I use GV will this be a VOIP call ? Thanks for looking.
