    Can't chat over 3G on whatsapp - Acer liquid E

    So I downloaded whatsapp and it works fine over wifi but it doesn't send or accept any messages over 3G. I heard you can fix it in the phones settings but I'm lost on where to go. If someone could help that would be great. Firmware version is 4.001.17
