    Root What is it??

    What is Jit? I see on white widow there is an option to turn it off...I keep seeing you guys talk about it but when I search for it on the forums to learn about it, it comes up with 0 results...:mad:

    Root the only thing stopping me from trying a new rom is...

    That I'm not sure on how to get my phone number and data package back on the phone. When you install a new rom you have to wipe all the factory settings first right?? If I do that that means my phone number and data package wont be on it anymore....how do you guys do it? I see you guys saying...

    Root guys i need help quick please...

    Well I finally decided to root my eris because ive read so much about it and im really tired of the lag...I followed the rooting for dummies thread to a t but where i get to the part where you turn it back on to load the new recovery screen, it looks nothing like what the pic in the thread shows...
