Just to give everyone a heads up, My A500 just got an update notice for Build 4.010.13. No idea what this address/fixes, and I assume it is just for the US.
Still having no luck getting my PC to recognize the external SD card mounted in my A500 via USB cable connection. I can see the internal storage/files no problem just no SD card.
I can see the SD card just fine using File Manager from the A500.
This is one of the things I thought would be...
I am aware there are a couple of threads talking about the upcoming update of the A500 to 3.1 from various sources, but this was just posted by Acer itself on its Facebook page:

Great news for the lucky owners of Acer Iconia Tab A500! The update to Android 3.1 will be available at...
Yesterday was the last day of my 14 day Best Buy return period. I have to admit when I bought it I had a wait and see attitude about the A500 and I was ready to return it if it didn't meet my expectations.
Long story very short, I love the A500 and it has been a great purchase decision. I am...
I'm thinking we are going to see an update to Honeycomb 3.1 for the A500 in the very near future. There are, of course, no hardware limitations preventing the upgrade, and I am of the opinion Acer would never let their very competitive A500 get left in the dust as other tablets like the Xoom...
The rumors are true, I just got the email from Target notifying me that my ASUS Transformer order has been canceled. I had ordered the Transformer with the discount code given by Android Police which reduced the $399 cost by $40.

I was on the fence for a while, did a lot of reading, and I finally decided to root and, a few days later, decided to install Cyanogen Mod 6 (9/9 Nightly). I have had my Hero about 10 months, it came with 1.5, I installed 2.1 when it became available from third party developers, and then I...
Just set up Google Voice as it was just announced as being available to the public. Pretty cool, IMO.
You can choose your own phone number and then forward the incoming calls to whatever devices/numbers you select. It will also send you a SMS or email of all messages in text form from...
So here is the story. I'm at my local Sprint store fondling the new EVO and contemplating when I get an upgrade and maybe I should get one or should I wait or.....
Anyway, the phone was fully functional and on 3G, so I thought I would check out YouTube. I brought it up and searched out a...
