    Help In-call sound EQ settings missing

    I have a stock S3 GT-I9300 running Android 4.1.2, carrier is O2 in the UK. From looking at guides on the web it would appear there is normally an "In-call sound EQ settings" option in the "Call settings" menu. However I don't have this entry listed in the menu. Does anyone know why this...
