Install:
Download the ROM
Download Gapps
Reboot into CWM
wipe data in CWM
install ROM...
Installed aokp last night and am giving it a test run this weekend. So far all is awesome as it has just about every UI tweak you would want. Battery life seems as you would expect from ICS, nothing an extended life battery won't fix.
Stock MMS isn't working but for some reason gomms works...
