    Help Icon won't continue charging unless usb unplugged and replugged

    Weird problem with my old icon I used for a music player. I leave it plugged in to a USB charger. After it charges, it stops accepting current from USB until I disconnect and reconnect it. Consequently it runs out of battery even though it is constantly plugged in. Any ideas?

    Help Icon can't see new 5ghz WIFI, saw old one fine

    My ISP upgraded my modem to a Arris TG1672, which to my surprise is insanely fast (100Mbps down) on 5ghz wifi. For some reason my Icon doesn't see the 5ghz wifi, only the 2.4ghz. Icon saw 5ghz on my old Asus rt56u router fine. I've tried adjusting router 5ghz channel to 20mhz, a/b/g/n, etc...

    Can anyone please do me a huge favor and upload bluetooth.apk and bluetooth.odex from there kitkat Hydro Icon? Mine got deleted.

    Root Kingroot successful Icon root

    In case anyone doesn't know Kingroot works perfect to root fully update hydro Icon. It also has an integrated system app remover. Be careful, I removed my bluetooth.apk and lost bluetooth, I have to start over. If anyone can upload the bluetooth.apk that would be golden.

    Root Rooting Hydro Icon

    Since the kitkat update on the Boost Hydro Icon no rooting methods work. It seems everyone who got them to work (rootgenius) rooted before the update. I wonder if I do a factory reset on my phone it will revert to pre-kitkat so I can root, then update keeping the root.

    I have the Metropcs $30 unlimited promo plan with 250mb 4g lte. I notice my phone can never play videos except on wifi. This is regardless if I have exceeded my 250mb 4g cap. I always get "this video can not be played" unless I am on wifi. Even with youtube set to lores. Anyone else...

    Help Call recording on Avid

    Has anyone managed to get a rooted Avid to record voice calls using one of the Android apps on the market? I have tried with "call recorder" but am only getting my voice (not the other person) unless using the speakerphone mode which is unusable. My G2 did this fine I use it for business calls...

    Google voice

    When I first got my ZTE Avid through metro it worked perfect with google voice. I reset the phone recently and tried to activate google voice again. It won't let me. All incoming calls are going to my metropcs voicemail. Anyone have google voice working properly on metro? I am on prepaid.

    Help Will a fast SDHC speed up Avid?

    Hi I have an old slow 8gb SDHC. I run a lot of apps off card. Phone has gotten slower as it fills up. I heard newer fast SDHC may speed up things up. I already used sdtools to optimize cache, etc. Call me whatever but I used to defrag my SD on my G2 and it would always speed things up... ZTE...

    64GB MicroSD SDHC

    I nabbed a cheap 64gb microsd off ebay. I formatted it fat32, and did a couple full scans and it shows error free. Put it in my Avid. It comes up fine. Shows 64gb and passes initial scan without a problem. But the more I use it I am noticing skipping MP3s and larger video files won't play...
