    Help Using headphones and internal mic?

    I'm using SC 2.9.2 and just like the stock 2.1 that came with it, I can't use the headphone jack to my car-line in and use the internal mic to talk on the phone. Is there a setting somewhere I'm missing or is this still not enabled? Also, not related, but I can't access any HTTPS websites...

    Ugh, I can't stand the slowness anymore.

    Stock 1.6 and Cyanogenmod 5.0.8. Regardless of the firmware, the phone is slow as molasses. Things like going back to the home screen after texting takes 6 seconds +.     Root Best, stable 2.x rom?

    I'm looking at getting 2.x on my MyTouch. I don't care for any extras really. Just the most vanilla 2.x that won't crash, everything works and has the same battery life as the stock 1.6 It seems like many of the newer ones based on 2.2 are all having problems of sorts. Any suggestions?
