    Help! Pictures are write-protected

    Sorry is this has been answered. I am "clueless" about my phone. I recently had problems..pictures would not load in gallery. Took it in and they deleted some corrupted one. Then phone started shutting of (Galaxy S3) so they did a hard restore with new software(think that's what they called it)...
