    power button won't turn off screen

    on my old note 4 one short press of the power button turned the screen off (didn't lock it). I've just got a new (refurb) one and a quick press of the power button only displays the power menu. Is there a way to get it to blank the screen? I can't find a setting for it. thanks

    some of my contacts are displayed twice

    in samsung contacts, some of my contacts are displayed twice. in outlook there is only one of each. i have selected only custom to display, (not device, google, samsung, sims etc) some of the duplicates seem identical and are in the same group, others are in different groups e.g. 'archive'...
