    Help skype included w/froyo and wont uninstall?

    Skype seems to be preloaded with froyo and it wont let me uninstall it! It shows it running in the background constantly and when I try to kill it it just starts back up again and wont let me uninstall...frustrating!

    Help wireless tethering with froyo...

    So now that most of us have froyo...how are we going to get free wireless tethering? The included 3g hotspot is not free...do we need to root the phone again? is froyo rooted yet? since i've never rooted in the first place I don't know if the process is any different.

    The true secret to all day battery life.

    Help Brightness Control?

    I was wondering if anyone found a way to get the incredible to go lower than the default 11% lowest setting...sometimes at night even at this lowest setting it is still too bright and I wish it could go a bit lower...also is there anyway to get the 4 home/menu lights to turn off?
