    Help Locale and Text in Eclair (Samsung Galaxy S) for German language

    Hi all... I have Samsung Galaxy S and only have some locale installed on it. I totally need additional language like German and Mandarin so I can sms with those languages. How do I install additional locale? so that I can choose it from the "Setting" options? Please help, The Coon.
