    Alternative to Note to HDMI adapter?

    Okay, I'm trying to figure out the cheapest way to do this without purchasing the $90 adapter. If I were to purchase a 30pin to USB cord, then a USB to HDMI cord, and connected them all to my TV, would that work to make my note show on the television?
