    Cant use file explorer to move files around my phone...help plz

    Hi all... i have a Note4 stock Lollipop 5.0.1 rom unrooted. I can connect USB to my PC and put files to my phone or move files to my laptop. But when i try to use file explorer to move say a file from my SDcard to my phones storage, it says "busy" or "waiting" and just hangs there doing nothing...
