    Help Video audio gone transfer to PC?

    I'm not sure if there is a thread for this or not.. I couldn't find one. After I transfer photos/videos via USB to my desktop, I notice when I play the video files that there is no audio. Only the video. Does anyone have this problem or know how to fix it?
