Help Activation problems

Help Help with contacts!
I upgraded from a dare to a droid x today. Did the backup assistance and added a couple accounts. After everything has synced I go in my contacts and I have 2 of some profiles, 1 for phone number and 1 for (facebook,google, etc). How can I link the 2 together?- outlaw1323
