    Root Installing Custom Roms...

    I have tried two custome ROMs through ROM Manager and they install but then I get a screen that says first boot and may take a wile! Is 30 minutes normal? I keep removing the batry and just going back to the stack rom I backedup... ? Anyone know what I might be doing wrong?
