    Help Can't transfer Whatsapp chat backup to new phone due to old phone limitations.

    I'm currently trying to transfer my Whatsapp 'chat backup' from my old phone, a Samsung GT-S5830, to my new phone, a Samsung GT-I8200N. Now, I thought I could just go to Settings/Chats and Calls/Chat backup and hit 'Back up', pop out the SD card, put it in my new phone and, bam, everything...

    Hi, my name is Tom and these days I live in Italy, although originally from England. I'm having a few problems transfering data from my old phone (Samsung GT-S5830) to my new (old) phone, a Samsung GT-I8200N. Hopefully, I can get some help here. Cheers.
