    Please help with connection issue

    I have a new pioneer 8100nex, and using a Droid turbo2. I just got this stereo installed recently, the android auto wouldnt work, the installer said I needed to download updates. I did that, and the whole time absolutely nothing happens when I plug my phone in with the USB, but it does charge...
