    Phone freezing and turning off randomly

    All started a week ago, i left my phone charging and when i saw it was turned off and couldn't turn it on. I was able turn it on only by holding the volume down for 10 sec then pressing the power button. Now it frequently freezes and goes off and it doesn't turn on with the power button, only...

    During WhatsApp calls the screen doesn't turn off. When I use viber or phone calls it does.

    Download status.

    Sometimes when I'm downloading something the download progress notification disappears and can't find my download. When i try to redownload then it shows two downloads and download the file twice.

    I cant search for updates on my phone. Download updates manually, automatically or scheduled software updates dont respond.
