    Help Unable to get past the lock screen on my S6 after update?

    Phone updated last night and i havnt been able to use it since, keeps asking for a lock screen password which i have never set? and everytime i try have to wait another hour before i can enter another ahhh!! I would factory reset but dont want to lose all my contacts is there any way round this...
