    HTC ONE M8 Stuck on starting apps

    Hi It was stuck on restart, after trying fastboot, recovery, Factory Reset etc it's now stuck on starting apps again. I was using Marshmallow and the last updates done before the the trouble was Google & Whatsapp. Please help me. Thanks Paddy
