    Root SetCPU Not working correctly?

    The SetCPU isn't working correctly for me on my Incredible... though it works great on my Eris. The max it gives me is 998, and min 245. Changing them doesn't do a thing. I can't overlock it... whats going on? What did I miss? How do I manually override?
