    Network may be monitored

    When I'm on chrome I see a get up top only notifications as well as it says network may be monitored. Who or what is monitoring it?

    Apps disappear and new apps

    I have a ZTE Max pro. It has acted strange like it as been Hacked.  Somehow I have missing apps. I also see some apps that I never installed. Any ideas?
