    Alcatel Idol 4S Screen Dims After 12 seconds when set to never in settings

    My screen keeps dimming randomly. I factory reset it and it did not stop it from dimming. It also, when off of the charger, dims when it is set to never. Then, it locks itself. I don't know what to do about it. Any help is appreciated

    Hello all. I have tried rooting the ZTE Grand X 4 from Cricket Wireless, a subsidiary of AT&T. Nothing works. iRoot, Towelroot, Baiduroot, Framaroot, and everything else in the book. I need help! Any help is appreciated 😁😁
