    Making phone calls over wifi only

    Basically I live in the middle of no where, and I don't have cell coverage at home. A friend of mine came over to the house with his BlackBerry and was able to connect to our wifi, then make and receive calls. Is there an app that can do this? Or a setting on my Captivate?
