    I just upgraded from a Galaxy S7 (Verizon) to an S9. When I turn the phone on, I get a message that "Your data is turned off". There was a way to disable this message on the S7 by acutually turning it on but reducing the "Data Set" to Zero. I cannot find the "Data Set" setting on the S9. Can...
