    Do I try and upgrade the phones firmware?

    I found a support page for this phone: https://www.alcatelmobile.com/content/download/pixi-4-6-3g I note there are two download links for mobile upgrade. How do I tell which one of those I need? (Sorry, I'm a complete novice to Android. I've only just started using it, as of about a week ago)
