    Apps continually refreshing?

    So I've seen a lot of posts about this over the past few years, across a range of devices. I first started looking it up when I had an S7 and had the same issues with an S8 (on the S6 now because I keep breaking screens). I've tried every solution- updating software, clearing cached data...
