    Hi. The call logs on my phone have changed to now include incoming and outgoing messages, as well as calls. Is there some way that I can revert this back to calls only ? TIA

    Hi. Hope someone can help me out. Wife has (had) a S10+ which got smashed today. Smashed to the point that it won't even switch on. Is there a way that we can retrieve the stuff that was on the 'phone that wasn't on the memory card ? Photos, texts, contacts etc Any advice would be gratefully...

    Change ringing time

    Hello. My latest question is where can I find a setting that will let me extend the time that the 'phone rings before the call diverts to voicemail ? Out of the box, the setting seems to be about 15 seconds. Thanks in advance for any advice.

    I want different notification sounds

    Hello. My 'phone settings show different notification sounds for text messages and emails, yet when I receive either, it only plays the email notification sound. Can anyone suggest something I can do to resolve this ? Thanks in advance for any advice.
