    How to skip initial screen when waking phone (go straight to lock-screen)

    When I double tap on my Google Pixel 3's screen, I'd like it to go directly to the lock-screen and skip the black screen with the clock. It's a waste of time and annoying to have to double-tap twice just to get to the lock screen. I realize I can also hit the power button or finger scanner, but...
