    My s21 went nuts on me, turning off and rebooting itself in safe mode until I gota message on the screen telling me I had to do a factory reset. There was supposedly no way around it.     Can't choose greyed out file to attach it in an app

    I am trying to attach a resume file that I have saved under Documents in my My Files app. Am trying to attach it in the mobile version of Indeed.com Problem is when I try to click on it to attach it I can't because it's greyed out/ghosted. This has never happened before. Anyone know how to fix this?
