    Help screen problem, pixelation color deterioration

    wifi problems: stuck on obtaining address

    I have power cycled my phone, and router, reset my routers settings, even took off security so it was open, but whatever I do, my phone keeps saying obtaining adress I have even factory reset the phone... any tips??? thanks
