    Help Is it common for the mouthpiece (speaker) to go out?

    When I try to use the phone, whether making or receiving calls, nobody can hear me. But when I use a headset (earphones), they can hear me. Is it a common occurance for the mouthpiece to falter after only owning it for about 6 months?
