Startup manager application
Just bought a SmartQ V3 tablet PC, and I find like some other users, the Phone.apk/Dialer.apk is leeching my battery; 51% consumption in Cell Standby according to Batter Usage. I have deleted the .apk in the past, but that resulted in some of my apps not working, so I'd rather not do that again...- Amblin
