Help phone turned off and wont turn back on
i have a samsung captivate and was trying to do an update on it...the screen turned black and then turned off. i tried taking the battery out and restarting it, but now it wont even turn on. i have never done an update until tonight. does anyone have any suggestions or answers, cause now im out...- nikm_21
