    Help "connection problem" error message

    When trying to use the voice recognition microphone to dictate a text message, I get a "connection problem" error message. Is there a fix for this?

    Help New calls knock off current calls

    I find that when I'm in the middle of a call on my week old Epic and a new call comes in, the new call terminates the current call. This is very frustrating. Is there a fix for this or should I return this phone?
