    Help Fascinate will not update to 2.3

    My fascinate will not update from 2.2 to 2.3. When I check for updates, it says there a none available. Has anyone else had this issue? Verizon keeps saying wait for another week as the releases are staggered, but I think they must be fully released after two months.
