    Orange Safeguard Keeps coming back on

    Hi everyone please help. I've requested twice for this oronge safeguard to be off and twice that i've recieved a message that its been turned off. But it keeps on coming back on. I can't even go to this forum thru my phone because of that. What do i do? Thanks!

    Help Internet Connection Problem
