    Hard Reset..

    I know you're supposed to trust the techs but incase they check out your pictures, contacts etc.. When taking your phones in for anykind of service do you guys Harderest your phones first or does it even matter?

    Help In coming calls

    I have an HTC Hero, when I'm on a call and a second call comes in the caller ID of incoming call is not showing, all I hear is the beep to let me know of another call? The phone is updated with the newest firmware as well. Any ideas? Thanks in advanced!
